@DAMACOfficial #DAMACHills2 community management is asking for irrelevant documents to provide NOC to brokers/real estate agents for arranging viewing of units, for rental/sale listings. They're asking Ejari even before unit is rented, which is unreasonable. Request support.

@DAMACOfficial It's been more than 10days since I purchased a 3 Bedroom Townhouse at Camelia DAMAC Hills 2. I've not been contacted by anyone from DAMAC regarding Handover of my unit. I'm not in UAE at present, and there is no communication on email or Whatsapp from any DAMAC

@DAMACOfficial Handover postponed by more than 10days at the last monemt by DAMAC team, though it was scheduled for today. Camelia at DAMAC HILLS 2 is ready for Handover since January 2026 with handover notices issued. Still, unit not handed over yet. @Land_Department

@DAMACOfficial you had scheduled handover of my unit today. But at the end moment, it has been postponed by more than 10 days. #dissapointed I've diligently & timely completed all formalities, but still don't have the unit handed over. #help
