@CriticsBest @qatarairways My G always check the authenticity and reviews of the website prior to booking a lot of website/online travel agencies even get the refund but don’t give it to there customer and you can’t do much other then sue/court, the airlines really has no part in this.

@capolavoro @qatarairways Hence the operational reason I’ve travelled multiple time to and from SA Doha to Joberg is operated by A350’s which have been grounded due to safety concerns. And they can just pull aircrafts from other routes to serve this route it’s quite normal for airlines to outsource

I’m more inclined to thinks it’s an operational issue which should’ve been communicated correctly since people are travelling from SA

@qatarairways If I had not been hesitant about the Rwandair and Kenya airways option I would left Joburg-Pak on the 20th 🤦‍♂️. Just letting people know if you need to get to your destination early January it’s a long flight but it’s worth getting home early. It’ll only cost around R1500

@capolavoro @qatarairways I was able to get the ticket upgrade to this option for R1500 which in my view should’ve been free but still atleast they went through the trouble to get people to travel from SA. Qatar has not banned SA residents as many have travelled and are travelling in the coming weeks.

@capolavoro @qatarairways You can use the route via Kenya it’s a long flight about 34hr through qatar airways but it’s worth getting back home. Why not try for this option it’s been available since 18th

@ReemAbujbara16 @qatarairways They’re operating currently only via Rwand or Kenya, these flights are going and have flown in the previous days if you’ve booked through an agent you can talk to them for this option.
