Strongly condemn the kidnapping of University of Gwadar VC Professor Razzaq Sabir, Pro VC Professor Manzoor Ahmed, Professor Irshad Ahmed, & their driver from the National Highway near Mastung. Their services in the field of education are highly respected across Balochistan who have enlightened thousands of students through education & played a pivotal role in the establishment of the three universities in Makran Division. I stand in solidarity with the University of Gwadar & the families of kidnapped educationists. Hopeful for their safe & early recovery and return to their families.

Operationalisation of Ghulam Farooq Memorial Hospital Buleda is a transformative social sector initiative for improving healthcare access & bringing much-needed medical facilities to the doorsteps of the people of Buleda. The expansion of health services and infrastructure development in Buleda reflects the strong commitment of the Government of Balochistan to public welfare and improved healthcare in semi-urban areas.

Cabinet Sub-Committee held its 3rd consecutive meeting to finalize the Balochistan Fisheries & Aquaculture Amendment Bill 2025, which aims to transform the sector into a modern Blue Economy framework. Key areas covered under the proposed amendments include repeal of the BCDA Act and the Pasni Fish Harbour Authority Ordinance with full protection of employees, establishment of new directorates, VMS and digital monitoring, strong action against IUU fishing, creation of fisheries courts, MSY-based stock recovery, promotion of aquaculture, harbour integration, export certification, Fishers’ Welfare Fund, and alignment with global standards.

day marks a great and historic day for the people of Buleda, my constituency, and the entire District Kech. I had the honor of inaugurating the Shaheed Mir Ayoub Buledi Turbat-Buleda Road at Soraap, Buleda, in the presence of political leadership and thousands of notables & party workers of the Pakistan People’s Party. On this momentous occasion, I pay tributes to all those who played a vital role in the construction of this important road, which not only connects the people of Buleda and Zamuran with Turbat but also serves as a lifeline for the socio-economic development of the entire Makran Division and the province.On behalf of the people of my constituency, I express my sincere gratitude to President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, PPP Chairman @BBhuttoZardari, @PakSarfrazbugti Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Commander Southern Command Quetta General Rahat Naseem, and IG FC South General Sarfraz Bilal for their people-centric vision and unwavering support for the development of Balochistan. I am also thankful to former Provincial Minister Syed Ehsan Shah; MPA & Parliamentary Secretary Asghar Rind; Advisor to the CM for Sports & Youth Affairs @Meena_Majeed; MPA & Parliamentary Secretary Haji Barkat Rind; District Chairman Waja Othuman; PPP Divisional President Dr. Barkat; and renowned notables Mir Abdul Rasool, Haji Abdul Ghani, Haji Barkat Buledi, Nawab Shambayzai, and Abdul Ghafoor Bizenjo for gracing today’s road inauguration ceremony in Buleda. My heartfelt tributes to the notables of my constituency, political workers, and the common people who attended the people’s jalsa in support of my development vision for the constituency. I am deeply indebted to my family; Mir Aslam Buledi, Mir Fateh Mohammad Buledi, Islam Bahadur Buledi, Shay Naseem, Noor Jan Buledi, my brothers, cousins, and relatives, who have always stood by me through thick and thin. The Buleda-Turbat Road has been named after my uncle, former Provincial Minister Shaheed Mir Ayoub Buledi, who sacrificed his life for the people of Buleda, Zamuran, Shahrak, Hoshab, and Kolwa. Lastly, rich tributes to the brave security personnel & laborers who embraced martyrdom in terrorist attacks during the construction of this road. May their souls rest in eternal peace. The presence of thousands of people at today’s jalsa in Buleda sends a strong public message to those who oppose development, spread fear, disturb law and order, and threaten people’s lives. It is time to say goodbye to terrorism & violence and move forward toward a developed and prosperous Balochistan and a strong Pakistan.

We discussed the way forward with Mrs. Andreia Rigueira and her team, focusing on the key takeaways from the two-week knowledge-exchange mission to Brazil.

Addressed a bilateral meeting between the Brazilian Govt. & the Pakistani delegation, focused on cooperation & knowledge sharing in agriculture, fisheries, school feeding programs, and other social protection initiatives. The IED attack on notable Amin Zamurani, his sons, and relatives in Gar-e-Bun Zamuran, while they were on their way to offer Eid prayers, is highly condemnable & inhuman act in which Amin Zamurani and one of his sons have been killed, while two other sons and relatives sustained critical injuries. This cowardly act by the agents of Fitna-al-Hindustan against innocent civilians reflects a complete disregard for both humanity and the sanctity of religion on Eid day. May martyred souls rest in eternal peace, and their family be granted strength and patience during this time of profound grief.

Met with Senator Rubina Khalid, Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). Expressed appreciation for BISP's impactful efforts in Balochistan, benefiting 532,381 individuals. Commended the Waseela-e-Taleem program, supporting 690,000 children and the Benazir Nashonuma program, aiding 364,653 individuals. I am deeply grateful to the members of Provincial Assembly for unanimously passing the Ghulam Farooq Memorial Hospital Bill 2025. This milestone will bring much-needed healthcare services to our native town. خضدار میں اسکول بچوں کی بس پر ہونے والے حملے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہیں۔ اسے ایک غیر انسانی، بزدلانہ اور بلوچ روایات کے منافی عمل ہے۔ معصوم بچوں کو دہشتگردی کا نشانہ بنانا نہ صرف ناقابل معافی جرم ہے بلکہ یہ حملہ ہمارے معاشرتی اقدار، قبائلی روایات اور تہذیب پر کھلا وار ہے ۔کہ بلوچ قوم کی صدیوں پر محیط تاریخ شجاعت، عزت و احترام، بھائی چارے اور کمزوروں خصوصاً عورتوں اور بچوں کے تحفظ پر قائم ہے۔ خضدار میں بچوں کی اسکول بس پر حملہ درحقیقت ان تمام اصولوں کی صریح خلاف ورزی ہے جن پر بلوچ معاشرہ ہمیشہ فخر کرتا رہا ہے۔ایسے عناصر جو معصوم طلباء کو نشانہ بناتے ہیں وہ کسی قوم، مذہب یا تہذیب کی نمائندگی نہیں کرتے بلکہ انسانیت کے چہرے پر بدنما داغ ہیں ُُُ۰۰واقعے میں ملوث تمام افراد کو فی الفور گرفتار کیا جائے اور انہیں مثالی سزا دی جائے ۰۰۰تاکہ آئندہ کوئی ایسی جرأت نہ کرسکے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس حملے سے یہ بھی ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ صوبے میں امن و امان کی صورتحال انتہائی تشویشناک ہو چکی ہے اور حکومت کو سنجیدگی سے سیکیورٹی کے نظام پر نظرثانی کرنی چاہیے انہوں نے کہا کہ نیشنل پارٹی ہر سطح پر اس بزدلانہ حملے کے خلاف آواز بلند کرے گی اور مظلوم خاندانوں کے ساتھ کھڑی ہے

Deeply horrified and heartbroken by the barbaric terrorist attack on Army Public School bus in Khuzdar, claiming the innocent lives of children. Targeting the school-going children is an act of pure evil. My heart goes out to the victims families in solidarity during the time of grief. May the martyred innocent souls rest in eternal peace and injured recover very soon. Violence against children will never be tolerated & the perpetrators will be brought to justice.
