Ordered cocktail chicken fried rice yesterday, but got a completely wrong dish-no chicken chunks, and noodles instead.Either the order was messed up or this is outright fraud.@zomato support just gave scripted responses. I want a full refund+compensation.Totally ruined my mood.

1/3 @PolicyBazaar I purchased 2 Niva Bupa health policies on 8 Sept (ported from ICICI 360 for my mother). Your agent never disclosed medical tests were required. Later, Niva Bupa asked me to travel to another city for tests – this is unreasonable.

2/3 I raised a request on 18 Sept & have followed up several times. Each time I only got false assurances. Because of this delay, I am left with no active health policy for my mother in the interim. This is unacceptable & has caused mental harassment.
