I sent only about 5 prompts in Claude Code on Max 20x before my account was banned. I appealed 11 days ago and I'm still waiting.

Could someone please look into this?

@DDdxx666 @claudeai just normal work, not even flagged anything or security issue. i think its because of my apple private email since other email accounts are working fine.
