@qatarairways I had a quick connection in SEA to YYC but due to late incoming flight and horrible queue at passport control, we missed the flight. Nobody here to assist us! Call center is not helpful. Travelling with 4 children. Any number to call?

@lufthansa I'm surprised to be asked to pay for a bassinet seat on my Frankfurt to Bangalore flight with an infant on 25th Jun. I've been travelling with infants for over 10 years (I have 4 children), and no airline has ever charged me for a bassinet seat. #CustomerService

@British_Airways I have future travel vouchers issued in Mar 2020 for Bangalore to Vancouver flight, valid until Jul 2023. I am trying to get a refund from your website. But I got an email which said those vouchers are not valid. What should I do?

@British_Airways Unfortunately the vouchers are useless for me. I fly between BLR and YYC atleast once a year and there is no way for me to use the vouchers as you don't fly that route. There is no meaningful connection that would work for me. I would like to know my options for refund instead.

However, if you have a confirmed travel plan within the next 48hrs, then you will be issued a passport on priority.

@MoHFW_INDIA I am returning from Maldives after 4 days of Holiday. As per the new circular, I should be able to show my vaccination proof from India to return to India. I need clarification since the airline says it is valid only for Maldive vaccination certificates. Thanks.

@GoFirstairways Point 2 says - "All passengers..." which is not in line with GOI guidelines which says fully vaccinated pax are exempted by providing a Vaccine Certificate.

@GoFirstairways I am fully vaccinated from India. Came to Maldives on a holiday. Do I need a negative RT-Pcr on my return or my vaccine certificate is enough? Your website is ambiguous and not in line with GOI order of 10th Feb. Please advice.
