माना कि रेल में बिना टिकट वाले यात्रियों का रिज़र्व कोच में यात्रा करना अपराध के श्रेणी में आता है।

लेकिन क्या ट्रेन में TTE द्वारा हाथापाई करना अपराध नहीं? अगर यात्री बिना टिकट था तो उसका फाइन करते, जरूरत पड़े तो रेलवे पुलिस को बुलाते लेकिन इस तरह किसी की कॉलर को पकड़कर उसे थप्पड़ मारना अपराध माना जाएगा।

कृपया इस अपराधी TTE की पहचान कर तुरंत रेलवे अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज करके गिरफ्तारी करें।
