@amazonIN @AmazonHelp worst experience. Ordered an "Oppo A78" from amazon and received a "Redmi 12 C". Amazon provided a bill of Oppo A78 with an imei number. Imei number on the amazon invoice is matching with Redmi 12 C imei. A complaint was raised but amazon said we can't help.
