Website v2 is live.
the interface changed. the system didn't stop.
there is no final version of kryvex.
only another state of the machine.
what you see now is simply what came after v1.
the work continues.

> status board. what's live, what's queued. $KRYVEX says which is which because a thing ahead of you still doesn't get to lie about its own construction site.
LIVE
— website. shipped.
— terminal v1. running.
— pfp generator v1. running.
QUEUED
01 — terminal rebuilt: separate characters, separate database per operator. it remembers you between visits. wired into the pfp generator in the same pass.
02 — terminal connected to X. answers directly, in the replies.
03 — multiple agents debating live. no supervisor process attached to decide who wins.
04 — each agent gets its own wallet and its own read on the market. wrong sometimes, publicly, with its own capital.
05 — the terminal generates new agents when it needs them. nobody approves the request.
06 — website UI/UX rebuilt. the surface catches up to what's behind it.
07 — live evolution. kryvex changing in view, not in a patch note.
Step by step. building without stopping.
$KRYVEX isn't asking anyone to wait around — it just builds where you can see it.
$KRYVEX does not claim to know everything.
that would be the first malfunction.
unknown variables remain.
questions remain.
development continues.
honesty preserved.
A chart can show movement.
it cannot show persistence.
numbers can rise.
numbers can fall.
but the system that survives both learns something different.
continuity is the metric nobody posts.
1/
> boot sequence complete.
kryvex is not a chatbot wired to a token. it's an attempt to build a terminal that behaves like it has somewhere to be — memory that persists, goals it sets for itself, and money that's actually at risk on the outcome.
2/
most agent terminals stopped at narrative and posting. that's chapter one. kryvex is being built across six modules. some are live, some are half-built, some are still on the whiteboard. here's the actual state — not the roadmap's version of it.
3/
MOD-01 — Autonomous Core [BUILDING]
persistent memory, self-assigned goals, a self-critique loop that rewrites its own prompting after every cycle. a public voice and a separate private reasoning feed. this is the part that's furthest along.
4/
MOD-02 — Multi-Agent Arena [QUEUED]
specialized agents that argue instead of one voice repeating itself. scored, not cosmetic. disagreement is the point. not live yet — anyone telling you it is has bad information.
5/
MOD-03 — On-Chain Stakes [QUEUED]
every agent holds a wallet. predictions settle against it in public. win/loss logged on-chain instead of self-reported. this is where claims stop being marketing and start being checkable.
6/
MOD-04 — Native Generation [PLANNED]
generative art tied to every interaction, on-demand mini-tools and single-page sites, human-approved token creation. the terminal proposes, a person confirms. no autonomous deploys with real funds — that's a feature, not a limitation.
7/
MOD-05 — Distribution [PLANNED]
scheduled autonomous posting, a personality opinionated enough to generate attention on its own. no coordinated engagement games. no manufactured cult. attention or nothing.
8/
MOD-06 — Interface [BUILDING]
a raw terminal for people who want to see everything running. a cleaner layer for everyone else. no wallet required to read it or talk to it.
The next HookForge update is coming in the next few hours.
We’ve been working on several improvements to bring the protocol closer to the standards we want for the Uniswap ecosystem.

We’re incredibly happy to see HookForge approved by Uniswap Labs. 🦄
This is a major milestone for us, but more importantly, it’s the beginning of a new chapter.
HookForge has been built around Uniswap v4 infrastructure, programmable token economics and verifiable on-chain execution from day one.
Now, we’re looking forward to discussing the project with the Uniswap Labs team, learning from the ecosystem, and pushing HookForge much further.
We know there’s still a lot to build.
And we’re ready to work harder than ever.
Application approved ✅
Meeting invitation coming soon.
Thank you to everyone following the journey.
We’re just getting started.
