@NPCI_NPCI how do you verify if a merchant sent goods? I got cheated of ₹1,999 and raised a request to NPCI but the merchant simply said he provided the goods. Which he didn't. Now, I am at a loss of said amount and there is no transparency how NPCI decided if merchant was right
