@realmecareIN Sir, there is a small dent on my phone and that too is very old and this line issue has come from a software update two months ago. I don't want to change my screen, I only want a solution to my green line issue from the company, why should I pay for that?

@realmecareIN Why should the customer pay for the damage caused by the software update, whether there is a dent on his screen or not. The damage caused by the software update should be fixed by the software update itself, why are you giving the excuse of screen change?

@realmeIndia I'm using GT2 Pro model and after a recent update, multiple green lines appeared on my screen. Service center Jhansi refused help citing screen dents, but the issue clearly started after the software update. Please resolve this via software it's not a hardware fault
