I’m excited to announce that I’ll join VIB-KU Leuven as a professor starting 2025. My lab will study how marine microbes capture CO2 and sequester it in ancient ocean molecules, taking an approach that combines microbiology, high throughput metabolomics and biochemistry.
We have been hosting Prof. @mike_tilapia from the @DonnellyCentre for a part of his sabbatical in our group at @IMSB_ETH. Here is proof of him doing some actual experiments. He will be around still a few weeks so reach out to him if you are in the area and would like to chat.
