I got rejected by 144 investors before raising $150M for my $200M+ rev/year startup.

After 144 rejections, I started questioning our approach.

Were we solving the right problem?

What were we doing wrong?

Why weren’t investors seeing what we were seeing?

Were we the right team to build this?

We tried everything: different pitch angles, new deck structures, and reframing the problem.

Esto es debido a que YouTube ha creado una nueva política en la que ha incluido todo el "online gambling" como contenido que será "restringido". Esto significa que los vídeos no serán recomendados, tendrán monetización limitada y no podrán ser vistos por personas que no estén logueadas en la plataforma, que son la mayoría.

Bajo estas circunstancias pierde todo el sentido publicar contenido de poker online y habíamos estado trabajando en 5-6 vídeos nuevos que ahora no podemos publicar.

Sé que la nueva política de youtube tiene buenas intenciones y pretender acabar con el contenido de plataformas de slots y casinos. No obstante, el poker como juego de habilidad se ha visto involucrado porque youtube no lo ha excluido del listado de "regulated goods". Seguramente porque ni han pensado en ello al crear la nueva política.

Sería bueno que escribáis a @TeamYouTube desde el respeto solicitando que por favor creen una exclusión para el poker en la nueva política de online gambling debido a sus características como juego de habilidad.

No es justo que por las malas prácticas de casinos de slots, el juego del poker pague por ello. El poker tiene un público totalmente diferente.

Yo ya he escrito un correo electrónico a youtube pero la persona que me ha respondido tristemente me ha escrito un "copy paste" que ni siquiera hacía referencia al contenido del email que yo he mandado.

Si YouTube no excluye el poker del listado de "regulated goods", este es el FIN del contenido de poker online en youtube y lamentablemente esto no es una exageración.
