@AmazonHelp It seems TAIL controls DOG. Even after providing the Order Number and delivery Agent number shared over email. The Amazon Customer Care team has been unable to resolve the issue, and the Delivery Agent has not contacted me to apologise or attempt the delivery after escalation.

Booked a cab in Indore through Rapido and the captain who accepted the ride shamelessly demanded extra ₹200 over and above the app fare. Why does Rapido even allow such drivers who openly refuse the amount shown on the app? Such drvrs must be removed immediately. @rapidobikeapp

Dear @HPCL, a refill booked on 28th Sep, Invoiced on 7th October is still not delivered by HP Agent. Visited the dealer 5 times since last 15 days. Submitted feedback on App and tried calling customer care (after 5 mins waiting got disconnected). Very disappointing @PetroleumMin
