Congratulations Faculty of Law, DU for introducing Bhartiya Jurisprudence in the syllabus of Law. Bhartiya will be able to know their own philosophy and science of law instead of knowing only western thought. It will bring a leap change in legal understanding and interpretation.

The SC has been informed by the Centre that Sushant case has been handed over to CBI. Have I completed my commitment and free to go?

[Subramanian Swamy @Swamy39]

Centre as a custodian of the Constitution, should ask the Governor of Maharashtra for a report on the present ugly Mumbai-Patna clash of States’ Police, which may harm the cause of justice in the SSR mysterious death because of fudging that is going on to make it look a suicide.

[Subramanian Swamy @Swamy39]

Patna Police has investigated and registered a FIR on several offences SSR mysterious death but Mumbai Police has not got beyond Inquest under Section 174 of Cr. PC and not registered a criminal case reveals the possible mindset of Mumbai Police

[Subramanian Swamy @Swamy39]

I spoke on phone to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. I praised Patna Police & free hand he has given for the thorough investigation& the FIR. Since now there are two probes, I will initiate for a CBI probe. He said he has no objection but wants justice done for Sushant and culprits caught

[Subramanian Swamy @Swamy39]

Mumbai Police thinks FIR stands for "Final" InformationReport as per M3, not "First" Information Report as per Criminal Procedure Code. So to register the "FIR" the Mumbai Police is waiting for all the information to come in. Is Mumbai Police following M3 prepared Cr.PC?

[Subramanian Swamy @Swamy39]

80% of the Mumbai Police want the case to be sent to CBI, since this SSR high profile steaming hot case is overloading the Police.

Owaisi took Lok Sabha MP oath in name of Allah. Ok

Bible read & Hallelujah sung in Mizoram CM's oath ceremony. Ok

But when BJP MLA Ravinder Raina took oath in name of Mata Vaishno Devi, He was stopped & was asked to say "in the name of Lord". Why so?

This is Secularism for you
