@AFC_Monty_ There's no need to sell Kepa and make the window even more complicated
G. Jesus contract should be terminated
Nelson Viera gotta go
In such short time 2 signing are possible i.e. A Proven winger from Domestic clubs & a Striker from abroad
Iliman Ndiaye & Osimhen❤️❤️
🚨💣 | BREAKING 🤯
Julián Álvarez will only agree to join Arsenal if he is given the freedom to move to Barcelona after spending two seasons at the club.
The Argentine is reportedly keen on keeping the door open for his dream move to Barça. 🔴⚪️
🚨 Iliman Ndiaye is reportedly emerging as one of Arsenal’s backup options if we’re unable to land our dream target, Julián Álvarez, before the transfer window closes. 👀
However, Everton currently value Ndiaye at around £80M. 💰

@afcstuff Arsenal now is second best ?
A player that has his mindset on another club ?
It’s disappointing that we are chasing a player that does not love Arsenal !
-Viktor Gyokeres ONLY wanted Arsenal
-Eberechi Eze ONLY wanted Arsenal
-Ezri Konsa ONLY Wanted Arsenal
-Bruno Guimaraes ONLY wanted Arsenal
-Noni Madueke ONLY wanted Arsenal
-David Raya ONLY wanted Arsenal
-Christos Tzolis ONLY wanted Arsenal
-Declan Rice snubbed Manchester United and City for Arsenal
-Jurrien Timber dumped Manchester United for Arsenal
Julian Alvarez only wants Barcelona.
Leave him.
Tomiyasu literally offered to terminate his contract when he realized he was earning money without playing, despite the fact that he was dealing with injuries.
Then you have Gabriel Jesus willing to cost the club financially by staying as the fourth-choice striker because he doesn’t want to give up the £260k a week he’s earning.
Greedy behaviour.
🗣"I just need a pen"
He could have chosen a move away "snake" if he wanted cos he was on all time career form.
Just like Piers and Wrighty said, HE DESERVES BETTER!!!
When I said Arsenal aren’t ruthless enough with their treatment of unwanted players, some of you lost your heads.
Gabriel Jesus is obviously trying to run down his contract so he can get a big signing-on fee at his next club, when he could literally leave this summer and allow Arsenal to get a fee for him. That’s an act of greed.
Yet the club still took him on the preseason tour when he should have been frozen out of the team. They’ll probably register him and give him some playing time if he ends up staying btw because of the “family club” gimmick.
I know a lot of Arsenal fans will agree with me on this, if Arsene Wenger was still the manager, I don’t think he would have spent £50m on Ezri Konsa if he knew William Saliba wasn’t going to be out for the entire season.
After Christian Mosquera’s performance against Man City in the Community Shield and what Marli Salmon showed during pre season, Wenger would probably have trusted Mosquera to start. If Mosquera got injured or suspended, he would have thrown Salmon in and waited for Saliba to recover.
That was Wenger.
He trusted young players, sometimes to a level that frustrated us. He would have looked at Konsa being 28 and probably questioned spending £50m on a defender approaching 30 when he already had two talented young centre backs developing at the club.
I’m not saying Mikel Arteta signing Konsa is a bad decision. Having another experienced and proven defender could be very important, especially when you’re trying to compete for every trophy.
I’m simply reminding people of what life under Wenger was like.
Mosquera is only 22 and Salmon is just 16. Training every day alongside experienced defenders, playing when opportunities come and learning from their mistakes is part of their development.
By the time Mosquera is 25 and Salmon is 19, they could be ready to take over from some of the experienced defenders we have now.
