It is frustrating to care about a genuine issue in India. No matter how valid the cause is,it feels impossible to protest or raise your voice without it getting manipulated.​The moment a movement gains traction,people with completely different political or ideological agendas attach themselves to it for their own gain.​Opponents then focus only on those fringe elements to discredit the whole cause. In the end,the real issue gets completely buried and the country just gets more divided. We’ve lost the ability to simply solve a problem.

I think as a nation if we ban any kind of social media monetisation by platforms. Be it YouTube, Instagram or Twitter. Don’t ban content. Just switch off monetisation.

I feel a lot of problems will automatically get solved.

Ardent BJP supporters too are no fans of India's Education Minister, Mr Dharmendra Pradhan. The opposition exists in a democracy to raise issues against the ruling government, so why would they leave the chance to ask for the resignation of Mr Pradhan. In all this, the online moment of Cockroach Janta Party, sensed an oppurtunity and they went all guns blazing. Again, completely regular and obvious thing to do in a democracy. They sensed the burning issue affecting the youth of India, and had also the support of the parents of these youngsters, which was the NEET leak scandal.

BJP top brass did not budge and stuck to backing it's blue eyed Education Minister. This only worked better for CJP and it's handlers, and they took the movement offline.

As the imprints of AAP and connections with it's top leaders became more clear, the public did not give it the support which Dipke thought they would.

However since the issue of Pradhan not being sacked has hit a raw nerve among the youth, there are various groups within the protestors who now have come together. The AAPturnists, professional protestors, life is a protest Yogendra Yadav types, emotionally charged youth, the mischief makers, members from opposition, vandals and the regular youth who are fed up.

So now we have a situation, where majority agrees that the cause is a righteous one but the same majority is extremely sceptical of the players driving this protest.

What we saw today is the intersection of State-Ruling government-Peaceful protestors-Criminals-Negotiations-Opposition which in a nutshell my friend is called a Democracy.

When I first came to India, the space industry was closed to private players.

The most well-known "startup" at that time was TeamIndus. Skyroot didn't exist.

A year later, in 2018, Skyroot was founded. Private companies in India couldn't launch rockets yet, but Pawan and Bharath forged ahead regardless, optimistic that liberalisation would happen someday.

Then, in 2020, it did. Indian companies were finally free to compete with American, Russian, European, and Chinese startups. They could build their own launch vehicles. And satellites. At an undisclosed location in the United States, Elon swallowed hard.

I was publishing videos about Indian companies on YouTube at this point. I remember thinking, "Making content about these spacetech developments is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

Now, ~6 years later, Skyroot has gifted India with the biggest white pill of all time. While the world watched, a team of ~1,000+ Indian optimists (with an average age of 28) flawlessly executed an orbital rocket launch.

No private space company IN THE WORLD has ever done this on their first try. As I write this, I have goosebumps. I feel incredibly privileged to have been able to witness this firsthand. I also feel inspired by the resilience, ingenuity, and wherewithal of the entire Skyroot team.

The next chapter of India's space journey has officially begun.
