@SARGroupindia RO (@Livpure_India@LivpureSmart ) broken since 16 May. Raised cancellation on 19 May due to zero support, but falsely rejected. Filed consumer complaint via INGRAM (Docket: 9368366). Now ur team demands 7 MORE days just for a callback? Please approve cancellation

@LivpureSmart says even if no water is coming out of filter, custom er needs to wait 48hrs for help.
In the interim he should purchase outside water, pay for both outside water and rent to livpure.
I'm done and now looking for alternatives.
