bought a yearly active pass for burnaby and I decided I wanna log each day I go to the gym to see how much I use it this year 👍

I already went 4 days since I got it (Sept 12th)
Today is day 5

Had some miso and chicken and rice for linner and had some McNuggets later in the night oops

Made some chicken fried rice and also had meatballs at IKEA later in the day I forgot to take a picture, not that bad not that good today

day 5
slept late and woke up late but had this to eat, high protein Greek yogurt with high protein granola mix

day 4 of living better

only ate a little bit of curry today and didn't spend any money on food last couple of days

Day 3 of trying to live a bit better etc:

went to the gym today and had two humble small meals at work

day 1 of living a healthier lifestyle/new year new me:

deleted the Uber eats app and deleted my account, that shit has ruined my life for a long time now and got some groceries. It's not much but it's a start
