19-year-old diesel bill found during house cleaning 🤔
In 2007, diesel was priced at ₹33.16 per litre.😲
Today, you won't get even 1/4th of its diesel for ₹33, meaning inflation has increased 4 times.💔
Just imagine, 19 years ago the bill for 90.14 litres of diesel was only ₹2999, today the bill for the same amount of diesel will be more than ₹12000.
But the truth is that with time, people's income has increased and so has the convenience. Earlier, diesel was used a lot but now with electricity available in every village, its use has reduced.
In 2007, people used to earn ₹40-50 a day by working as labourers and nowadays people earn ₹400-500, which means the combined income has increased 10 times as compared to earlier and inflation has increased 4 times, which means the common people are benefiting.
It's true that you change with the times
Spent ₹327... but the momos smelled so bad that it was difficult even to sit near them, let alone eat them!
A young woman ordered food worth ₹327 from Chowman through Zomato, expecting a delicious meal. But the moment she opened the box, her excitement turned into disappointment.
According to her, the momos had a strong and unpleasant smell. After taking just one bite, the taste was so bad that she had to leave the entire meal untouched. The food she had paid for was simply not fit to eat.
She immediately contacted Zomato customer support and filed a complaint, hoping that her concern would be taken seriously and that she would receive a refund.
However, she alleges that Zomato only contacted the restaurant over the phone. The restaurant reportedly stated that they had sent fresh food, and based solely on that response, the complaint was closed and the refund was denied.
This raises an important question: if every complaint is resolved simply by accepting the restaurant's version of events, where can customers turn when they receive poor-quality food? Shouldn't the customer's experience, evidence, and complaint also be given equal importance?
When people order food online, they are not just paying for a meal—they are also paying for trust. If serious complaints about food quality are dismissed with a single response from the restaurant, that trust gradually begins to disappear.
If you've ever had a similar experience with Zomato or any other food delivery platform,
Just 2 butter rotis and half a plate of Kadhai Paneer... and GST was charged separately, making the total bill ₹319! 💸
GST affects ordinary and low-income people the most. Even large hotels add GST charges to the final bill, increasing the overall cost for customers.
While traveling, a young man stopped at a highway restaurant for a meal. He wasn't very hungry, so he ordered just 2 butter rotis and half a plate of Kadhai Paneer.
After finishing his meal, he asked for the bill. As soon as he saw it, he was left surprised for a few seconds. 😳
2 Butter Rotis – ₹100
Half Plate Kadhai Paneer – ₹203.50
GST (Charged Separately) – ₹15.18
Total Bill – ₹319
The young man said that if he had checked the menu and prices beforehand, he would probably have chosen another place to eat.
Nowadays, food prices at many restaurants and highway eateries have increased so much that even a simple meal can feel expensive. So, it's always a good idea to check the menu and prices before ordering to avoid any surprises when the bill arrives.
🤔 What do you think? Is ₹319 reasonable for 2 butter rotis and half a plate of Kadhai Paneer, or does it seem too expensive to you?
"One Day's Earnings Can Cover an Entire Month's Groceries!"
This man lives in Australia with his family. According to him, he earns around $650–$700 a day, which is roughly ₹40,000 in Indian currency.
He starts work at 7:00 AM and continues until 12:00 AM. In between, he goes home for a few hours to have lunch, spend time with his children, and then returns to work. He says the work is demanding, but it gives him a much better quality of life.
He explains that in India, it took him an entire month to earn what he now makes in a single day. According to him, just one day's income is enough to buy groceries for his family for the whole month.
His message is:
"Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. If you get the opportunity, work hard wherever life takes you. The right opportunity, combined with hard work, can completely change your life."

Sometimes, the biggest risk becomes the beginning of the biggest success.
"This morning, I went for a walk. The road was quiet, the lush greenery and cool breeze brought a sense of peace. Ahead, I saw a man walking with his dog. In that moment, I realized that true happiness isn't found in big achievements, but in simple mornings like these. Spend a few moments walking with yourself, and the rest of the day feels a little easier." 🌿🚶

Expensive restaurant, bland food... and the bill came to ₹1100. 💔
Last night my friend Sangeeta and I went to a restaurant for dinner.
Our friend ordered food and the food came on the table. As soon as we ate the food, our mood got spoiled and my friend fought with us right there and said that because of you we did not go to our friend's party and you brought us to such a useless restaurant.😭
When the bill came for ₹1100, I got even more angry that the amount was so high. She fought with us and got up and left us alone and went home. I started crying inside and thought what was my fault.
।After that we paid the bill and asked the restaurant owner that you serve such bad food and on top of that you charge such a high bill, because of you my friend left.
Sometimes when we try to do good, bad things happen; the same thing happened with me yesterday; food was wasted, money wasted, friendship also broke. 💔😭
