@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Howrah Mumbai CSMT Mail (12810) has been waiting outside Bhandup stn for the last 2 hrs. Yet on Railyatri, it’s showing as reached Dadar at 9:56 am. There are aged people on the train, who are on the train for more than 36 hrs waiting to reach home

@sibunpur @Flipkart Completely agreed, horrible experience.
Flipkart takes us customers for granted. The mistakes continuously happen from their end and they are not even ready to take the onus on their shoulders.
Really unfortunate.

I tried purchasing a laptop on the app by exchanging my old laptop. This is the 3rd time the old laptop was rejected for exchange in last 1 month even though i had provided correct data & the laptop has no issues. Refer to attachment for more details
