@imigresenmy @KDNPUTRAJAYA Keramat officer told me that system error today, but someone managed to booked just now after trying many times. I tried for an hour yet i failed to book my appointment as the website keep showing this :MAAF..PERMOHONAN PASSPORT ONLINE TUAN/PUAN SEDANG DI PROSES OLEH PIHAK KAMI.

@imigresenmy @KDNPUTRAJAYA I went to 2 imigresen office today but the officers doesn’t allow walked in even though i have explained and showed the screenshot of the error message. However, they ask me to go back try to book appointment again.

@imigresenmy @KDNPUTRAJAYA I have been trying to book appointment since 11.11, system still down until now. I also called in to all the hotlines either is busy or not in service.
