We want to support domestic entrepreneurs but we get poor customer service in return.. just pathetic service and above all lack of user centricity. @zomatocare

Day by day the service by @zomato is going from bad to worse. Every other order gets delayed. No accountability for either delay in delivery or spillage of food. Just a scripted message from a bot in the name of customer service. Sad part is this is the service offered to a long term gold member @deepigoyal @zomatocare

Moreover despite selecting the delivery by a regular vehicle they will themselves allot an EV rider which further delays the delivery.
