@amazonIN, I ordered a OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC neckband and it was delivered to me in a box which wasn't even its size. Plus the product is defective; The audio is completely off-balance in one of the ears.
I'm trying to return but the app is not offering that option.
