My account has been stuck for months with a backend Seller role flag after unlinking my shop. Seller support confirmed it, but it’s never been cleared.

This is blocking TikTok Shop for Creator access. Can someone escalate this to the backend team?

@BraedenSorbo It’s happening to all pages. I’ve had the same thing happen. One video under review for over 24 hours and another that went through that got barely any reach. Give it a few days.

@jake_theviking @Velion I’m going to wait until it’s actually 100% fully fixed I’ve had a video sitting in “under review” for over 20 hours. Another actually went though. The one that worked was only a 7 second loop. The one that didn’t work was over 2 mins. We shall see what happens in the days to come
