Due to the call at 12:35 am I am still struggling to fall asleep, all thanks goes to poor customer service by @Swiggy
@Swiggy service fail: ordered at 8:53pm (27 Jan), ETA 40–45 min, not delivered even by 10:00pm. Support told me to “wait 15–20 min,” refused to connect to a senior, promised a callback & hung up. I cancelled and had to go to the restaurant myself. @harshamjty
Then at 12:35am Swiggy calls to tell me the order is cancelled + refund in 5–7 days—info I already had.
First you ruined dinner, then you disturbed sleep. Why call at that hour for a non-urgent update? @SwiggyCares fix your escalation + late-night calling policy.
@StarHubCares I reported an issue 9 days ago still no resolution. Your time can’t give any timeline and it’s always the same response we are working on the issue. I am not able to use broadband and it is impacting my work. @SingaporeMCI need your help.
@DellCares@Dell what’s wrong with you? Monitor cable is not working so I raised a complaint, your support executive is saying this monitor doesn’t comes with a cable, I showed her it is mentioned on your website but she is not able to accept it. What I can do here?
@airindia also one of your staff took my boarding pass and noted the boarding no. This is really worst experience I have ever had with @airindia just because I raised my concern your staff is threatening me to not let me board.
@airindia your staff is abusing their power here at terminal 3 delhi airport. I raised my concern regarding the behaviour of the airport staff and they told me they will block me from flight. Sandeep kumar took photo of my id without asking and Dinesh Rao didn’t take any action
