Air India has lost Maharaja class. Despite platinum and business ticket on 14th August CA975, AI2381-AI2971 with baggage confirmation at Beijing & Singapore. No baggage at Delhi. No concerns, apologies by Air India staff and wasted 3 hours. Terrible experience.
A very poor experience on the flight. Said it’s dal chawal - on showing the casserole they said they didn’t know what’s in. Promised to serve beverages- but did not show-up. The staff appeared unhappy and unprofessional
The teams continued commitment makes Air India different - the lounges, the ground staff and the crew members - all are back with dedicated customer service. I feel blessed to be a part of Tata - Air India - god bless
