Hey @eazydiner@KapilChopra72@sachinpabreja it’s been 6+ days and a basic payment issue is still not fixed.
My IndusInd Celesta credit card consistently fails on your app before even reaching the OTP page. After clicking pay, it directly shows “Transaction Failed”.
What’s worse:
Happens across restaurants
Happens with & without offers
Other cards work perfectly fine
→ Clearly a payment gateway/backend issue on your end
I’ve already:
Raised multiple complaints with customer care
Shared card details with your WhatsApp team
Followed up on Twitter DM
Sent a detailed escalation email
Still no resolution. No clear update. Just delays.
I use EazyDiner frequently and like the product, but this kind of support is honestly disappointing. A week to fix a payment failure for a specific card is not acceptable.
Please get your backend/payment team to fix this on priority.
@Eazydiner your customer support is honestly hopeless.
There’s a clear payment gateway issue that’s been going on for 4+ days and still not fixed. I’ve shared my IndusInd card details (first 8 and last 4 digits) multiple times on calls and WhatsApp, yet nothing has moved.
Same failure every time, not even reaching OTP. How is this still unresolved?
@eazydiner@MyIndusIndBank Another day, another problem with @Eazydiner
Tried using coupon EMKGHJRTD, entered my IndusInd card details, hit pay… and boom, instant failure. No OTP page, no chance to complete the transaction.
At this point, the only thing working consistently is the errors. Fix this.
Absolutely shocking from @MyIndusIndBank
The @eazydiner Pioneer Heritage Dining benefit that offered up to ₹3000 off at luxury restaurants has quietly vanished. No prior intimation. No 30-day notice. Just “Invalid Coupon”.
This isn’t some seasonal perk. This was a core card benefit highlighted on their own website.
@RBI guidelines clearly require banks to give customers at least 30 days’ prior notice before discontinuing or modifying key features of a credit card.
Silently pulling a flagship dining benefit is not just unfair, it raises serious compliance questions.
Cardholders deserve transparency. @indiebyindusind care to explain?

@IDFCFIRSTBank joins the devaluation party 🎉
From April 17, spends on govt services, education, jewellery, and even gift vouchers will now earn just 1 Maharaja Point. Another quiet nerf in the rewards game.
Slowly but surely, everything that once made points exciting is getting diluted.
@ccg33k
Great news for HDFC Rewards Debit Card users and yes, #CCGeeks can finally rejoice 🎉
Partial credit card bill payments are finally live on PayZapp! No more paying the full outstanding in one shot.
Update to PayZapp v2.47.6 and you are good to go.
Right now this feature is available only on iOS.
Small update, big relief 💳✨
@IndiGo6E this is honestly shocking and incredibly unprofessional.
On 10 Nov 2025, I tried booking a Delhi–Patna flight using:
• 3,000 BluChips Voucher
• 600 BluChips
• Additional payment of ₹3,690
The system happily deducted everything —
✔ Voucher redeemed
✔ 600 BluChips taken
✔ Payment processed
BUT no PNR was generated.
Only the ₹3,690 was refunded.
My BluChips and voucher? Just vanished.
I have every proof attached:
• SMS + Email confirming 600 BluChips redemption
• Screenshot showing the 3,000 voucher redeemed
If the booking failed, why am I the one bearing the loss?
How is a leading airline losing customer rewards and not fixing it immediately?
This is not a “glitch” it’s carelessness at the customer’s expense.
I expect:
1️⃣ Immediate return of my 600 BluChips
2️⃣ Reinstatement of my 3,000 BluChips voucher
This level of negligence from @IndiGo6E is unacceptable.
@ccg33k
@IndiGo6E I’ve already attached your email response from 17th Nov and there is no case ID mentioned anywhere.
Maybe check your own system first before asking customers for information you never provided.
