Traveling in a SETC bus from Chennai to madurai. It's an AC BUS & it's temp is 18 but no cooling especially for seater. Charger supply, Reading lights are not working. Feeling like hell.

Hey @flipkartsupport bought marq OTG from flipkart and facing issue since December. Raised complaint with marq from January but they assign a service person but they closed the service ticket even without visit. This is happening from the beginning.

Now its more than 2 months and More than 5th ticket from marq closed within visiting home for service.
DON'T PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM @flipkartsupport especially MARQ. Supports only job is to create ticket not monitoring the status. Same happened with washing machine.

The BAD, WORST, DISSAPOINTED moment from Marq by @Flipkart . I have purchased OTG in Sep 2025. Im facing heating issue since dec and raised a complaint in Jan 2026. The technician visited from Jeeves & he wanted to procure some item to fix the issue.

Again requested but this time the service technician didn't visit to my home but he took the photos of the initial visit and close the ticket within three days as he fixed the issue.
