Goodbye to My Corporate Journey in India

After years of building businesses in India, I’ve made the final decision to fully exit direct involvement and strike off all Indian entities. Apart from films, every other industry has been closed, with my focus now shifting entirely to the USA for innovation, creativity, and leadership.

India will remain a strong hub for sales and investment operations under the name Raador, managed by Indian directors. However, all creative and high-impact roles will be based in the USA, where innovation thrives.

This decision was not just strategic but also personal. I am officially afraid of the behavior of employees in India, and the increasing risk of kidnapping has been a primary factor in making this move. Safety, innovation, and a forward-thinking ecosystem are my top priorities.

This marks a new era—focused, strategic, and built for the future. Excited for what’s ahead!
