वाराणसी: कांवड़ियों द्वारा मुस्लिम लड़की के उत्पीड़न का आरोप, पुलिस ने पीड़ित परिवार पर ही दर्ज किया मुकदमा।

वाराणसी के राजातालाब क्षेत्र में 28 जुलाई को दोपहर करीब 3 बजे एक 16 वर्षीय मुस्लिम लड़की के साथ कांवड़ियों द्वारा अभद्र व्यवहार और धमकी देने की घटना सामने आई है। परिजनों के अनुसार, कांवड़ियों ने लड़की को डराया-धमकाया और मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया।

हैरानी की बात यह है कि पुलिस ने पीड़ित परिवार की शिकायत पर कोई कार्रवाई करने के बजाय, कांवड़ियों की शिकायत के आधार पर उल्टे पीड़ित परिवार के खिलाफ ही एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली है।
