Et on a fait (ma collègue @yingchu_lo, pas moi) plein d'expériences de laboratoires pour voir si ces espèces poussaient mieux que d'autres quand il y avait du sel (bof), si elles dégradaient plus ou moins les protéines et les graisses (plutôt moins).
