Boy, the more I deal with the byzantine @UPS the more I wonder how they manage to deliver a package, let alone turn a profit. It's getting to the point where it's worth paying a premium at @Amazon, just to access their logistics infrastructure.

@UPS Not required. UPS needs to overhaul account signup procedures, the entire cluster of call centers, 95% of the website, and at least three legacy systems that probably still run on an IBM360 architecture. Pretty sure you can't help with that. You're probably as frustrated as I am!

Up until today I had no idea who @audioeyeinc was but based on the way they're treating @aardrian, my opinion of them probably can't sink much lower. If I were looking for anything accessibility related, I'd be looking elsewhere. Working with litigious dorks is never a good idea.

I've had a paid account with @Sync for years, even though they're starting to show some signs of Dropbox-like feature creep.
