Following up on my last post I am now back in the states and never was able to access my account while abroad. Underdog support has been mostly unresponsive and has provided no explanation or resolution.

Due to the controversy my post generated I’ve written up my complete side of the story in hopes of clarifying why I strongly believe this is an @UnderdogFantasy issue.

Absolutely gutted to have to do this but not sure what else to do. I am currently outside the US on vacation. Prior to leaving I entered 200+ slow drafts on @UnderdogFantasy totaling well over $1,000 (more likely well over $2,000) as well as being in numerous other active drafts

As a player who has played according to my own records at least $480,000 (~$53,000 paid rake before rakeback) on Underdog since January 2023 (when I started keeping track, been playing on UD since 2021) I expected something more than just sorry you can log back in when you're back. I understand this is a complicated issue for Underdog but I imagine they can do more than what they've offered me so far.
