Uttrakhand Govt should allow Btech holders in Junior Engg (JE) posts.
If SSC,BPSC,RPSC,RRB... all can permit then why not UKPSC and UKSSSC ?
Engineers need Engg jobs. Higher degree can not be disadvantage.
