Is Low Risk Leverage Trading Possible? 🤔

Recently I have really been diving into learning different DeFAi products and testing them, as I am historically a terrible trader and want great AI products to trade for me! 😸

But is there a leverage trading type product that can provide low volatility, high risk adjusted returns?

I am still fairly new to leverage trading and have found some great products to execute leverage trades, but without them autonomously closing the position, I typically end up rekted 😿

However, it looks like my solution to that is coming with @maicrotrader!

Instead of simply putting a long or short order in (betting that the price of a token will go up or down), the @maicrotrader strategy bets that some tokens will outperform others, regardless of overall market conditions! 😽

Their expertly designed system utilizes two models working together as follows:

Model 1) Runs on hourly intraday data, spotting short-term patterns

Model 2) Runs on daily data, capturing longer-term signals

Each model gives a return prediction, which is combined using risk parity so neither dominates. This allows for the low volatility, high risk adjusted returns that I previously mentioned I am looking for! 🥳

Based on the post quoted below, their closed beta should be launching within approx. the next week!

That's right, the core team will seed the initial TVL to launch their first proprietary trading vault on @HyperliquidX that will utilize their quant's team strategy.

During this closed beta, the team will deploy an agent performance dashboard (that displays PnL, Sharpe ratio, drawdown, etc) so that us consumers can actually judge the @maicrotrader product by its performance before ever risking our own funds!

This type of initiative to show us how good a product is BEFORE allowing users to risk any money has me super excited for this closed beta launch (let's be real, this level of confidence from the team is a great sign that they are onto something extremely valuable).

BTW, if you are interested in using these vaults once the product comes out of closed beta, you may want to go grab some $MAICRO before the results of the closed beta come out.

Why? Because you will need to hold some in order to access the vaults.

If they produce nearly 100% returns like their internal testing has shown, NFA, but my guess is $MAICRO won't remain at it's current ~$3M mc for long.
