@virginmedia Yes I've done all this. I've given up as get put through to foreign call centre and it never gets sorted. It's fine I'm telling all my friends and family to stay away from virgin and go elsewhere. Truly rubbish service.

@virginmedia It affects everything because your internet is constantly down and intermittent. Not worked properly since Christmas. So much for the refund you promised and you were also supposed to come out to sort out the external cable that comes into the house, neither happened.
