“Israel isn’t Israel.”

I hear this a lot.
If you read your Bible, you’d know that it clearly talks about the world turning against Israel in the last days. We are talking a full out war against Israel - and then the second coming occurs! Jesus actually comes to defend Israel against the nations rising up against Israel. The Bible says Jesus’s physical feet will land on the Mt. of Olives, east of Jerusalem-splitting the Mount in two- all found in the book of Zechariah.
So, if Israel isn’t Israel are these places in Israel not in Israel?
Is the Mt. of Olives not the Mt. of Olives? Is Jerusalem not Jerusalem?
Where then are these places now?
If the church is Israel where is this battle taking place? Australia?

I mean it can’t be current Israel if there is no Israel and the church is Israel.
Is the whole church there?
Define church?

Maybe, just maybe Israel is Israel and the Mt. of Olives is the Mt. of Olives and Jerusalem is Jerusalem.
Maybe God knew Israel would be Israel when he had the Prophet Zechariah write what would be coming- because God is sovereign- outside of time.
Maybe God saw it all as it is now because He CAN see it all.

Even if one denies all this, one has to take a pause to look at our world right now.
One has to see this growing animosity for a nation called Israel.
I mean, out of all the nations in the world - here we have a nation called Israel and we have the Mt of Olives and we have Jerusalem- all here right now.
And out of all the nations in the world we are witnessing a growing animosity against this nation called Israel -as God’s word said would be.

You may call it pure happenstance, all a coincidence, I see it as spoken words by the Creator being fulfilled.
