@TCN_NIGERIA 4 months without power in the whole of Yenagoa, you said it will it be restored on the 6th of November
Now you’re giving more excuses on the 22nd of November.
Dear @boltapp , are you aware that your drivers charge an extra 50% for trips in Bayelsa. It is now the norm. I hope you are not encouraging such exploitation. Do something about it ASAP.
@MTNNG
Life in Bayelsa is already difficult, please don’t make it worse than it already is…
Rectify the fluctuating network issue, this is how we connect with the rest of the world.

Today, I hosted Mr. Matthias Schmale, UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Nigeria & his team at Government House, Yenagoa as part of their emergency response to the ravaging flood in the State. I was touched when he described the situation as a crisis of major proportion.
@NAdimora@Sadiya_farouq @FMHDSD How did they get the statistics?
The data looks skewed and unscientific, how can a state that 7 out of its 8 LGA is submerged not be among the 10 worst flooded.
Where the access roads washed away, there are no roads in or out of the state
How did they get to such conclusions? @fmhdsd @sadiya_farouq
With the state covered in rivers and tributaries that make up the Niger Delta, the flood water passes through these rivers to empty and our villages are just along.

So Bayelsa state, that 7 out of the 8 LGAs are submerged, with major hospitals as well as the state teaching hospital closed down due to flooding is not in the top ten of worst hit flooded states according to our madam minister of humanitarian.
