@NoNonsenseND Sleeping with flexed wrists is super common. [Unfortunately it can worsen/hasten the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome (speak to a doctor if you think you have symptoms - like waking up with numb or painful hands). Wearing wrist splints at night (not too tight) can help.]
