So, I got invited to my friends beach house for the wkend. I already said would I go, she's organised to pick me up in the morning... but now I'm starting to freak out.
Is it too late to bail now?

So haven't tweeted in a while.
I've had a horrible run with my health conditions.
Depression and anxiety has had me feeling completely boxed in. I often feel ashamed, worthless and a burden to others. Last week I gave in and nearly lost the battle... It's never too late to talk!

@KWebbNurse I received a mental health plan from the hospital. It gives me 10 free sessions with a local therapist of my choosing. I've had 1 session so far, still building up the courage to try and let everything out. Thanks again for the support x

In the past I've found it hard to share my problems with friends & family. I plan to try and start opening up here online. I'm hoping I can speak to other people who are a bit more knowledgeable or have the same sort of personal experience

I would love to have a more social life, like before suffering with #Incontinence
Unfortunately, finding a private place to change is nearly impossible
Even something as simple as a bin in the mens toilet could make such a difference in my day

@Sahara88uk It can get a bit depressing when you know your going to be staying in hospital for a long while... but I've got my positive thinking cap on and I'm gonna get out of here faster than the doctors think 💪
