The lack of public toilets in general is truly baffling tbh.
Imagine people who are wearing less safe #incontinence products. If I'm struggling to find clean and open #changinplaces, how bad must it be for people with worse #bladder-issues than mine?!

2/2 I've encountered this problem everywhere in my travels. So many wide areas and places with zero privacy, no public toilets but long open pavements and residential-areas or centres with everything in the open.
