@eon_next Recieving a letter with an estimated bill for 2 years when I'm not a customer and have never been a customer is not ok, having an automated message on the phone saying your lines are closed an will open on the 11th April 9am when I'm calling on the 11th April is not ok

@SDWorxUKI why is this holiday pay and absence search field in ascending order (wouldn't descending showing most recent be best) worse its cut off not allowing access to the most recent month unless accessed via a desktop browser.(where a second page of dates can then be seen)
