Despite the struggles of motherhood, and the frustrations that come with this huge responsibility, my kids are always the reason I get up and keep going. Ain't no other love or motivation lighting a fire under my ass right now, in this season of my life, except their happiness.
My family is, always has been, and always will be my backbone in any and every stage of my life, and I can never express my gratitude enough. We are always there for each other without hesitation. Love love love ❤️
All I want is my kids to have the happiest, healthiest version of me. So I'd better speed up my healing. They are growing so rapidly, time will not fuckin wait.
I'm sorry my kids had this version of me for so long. It's time to dig old me out of the rubble.
The moment I started to feel uninspired to do simple things I used to enjoy, should've been the moment I realized I was no longer in the right place. Better late than never, I guess.
That decompression after a deep therapy session is...😮💨 I'm exhausted, y'all. How do therapists deal with us who just emotionally vomit in their faces for an hour straight??😂
My son, just turned 3yrs old, already getting homework from school🥹 and I ain't even upset about it, cause this kid loves learning and repetition. I'm so amazed by him.
It's actually physically so painful for me to eat when I'm sad and stressed, wtf. Chewing and swallowing legit feels like a chore, I hate this. Pretty sure my body is hungry...???
Sometimes I reflect on the days I gave birth to my babies and I'm like...wow my body is fucking amazing, I'm fucking amazing. I can't help but feel a little robbed of how much I wasn't appreciated after my body did ALL of that.
