In LA, SF and NYC these evil limousine liberals and socialist lunatics block the building of homes, people give up on starting a family and dump their slightly higher salaries into unsustainable rents — they wind up hating that lives or feeling unfulfilled.

Pure corruption.

The stress breaks and brutalizes the few who do become parents in these cities.

In Texas folks pause, say a prayer, thank Jesus and look you directly in the eye and say “thank you sir,” after the simple act of holding the door for each other.

You can feel the Holy Spirit, or grace if you prefer, all day long.

Owning a house and building a home is a the foundation of that happiness.

build more houses… make them cheaper and better… and let people build families and homes.

The $250,000 home solves a lot of a problems in society.

In the L.A. Metro system, 97% of people who committed a violent crime evaded the fare. In D.C., 99.5% of those who committed a “Part 1” crime (homicide, rape, robbery, arson, or motor vehicle theft) had dodged the fare.
