The way you allow tenants to be verbally abused & harassed daily even when you are aware and it has been reported many of times by the whole block is beside me.

3 years I’ve lived in your accommodation & 95% of the time myself or my children have been woken up by one certain neighbour within the block. The same neighbour who verbally assaulted my 1 year old as well as openly

Crying as she was in pain. It is now 21:00 third night in a row my daughter has been woken to the hammering of our lovely neighbours. 32 weeks pregnant with 2 young children & we are still experiencing the same issue we had the day we moved in.
