@Butlins I am new to the Butlins & have recently booked a stay; 7th Feb-11th Feb in Minehead. I have a 2yr old who would love at least one visit to softplay but there is no available times for the entirety of our stay, is this normal? Do you have to pre-book?

@tptoys Hi again, so still no contact from customer services and my swing has still not arrived. I've noticed it's back in stock again and I really want this item as it's for my son's birthday on 23rd June. Will one of these swings be allocated to me if the other is missing?

@Tuffnells Hi any advice, I'm still awaiting parcel 1 of 2 (large wooden swing) and its nearly been 3 weeks since parcel 2 of 2 arrived. I have tried contacting the sender TP Toys but they do not reply or supply tracking info.
