@OliverALarkin False. The Supreme Court case N.Y. Times Co. v. Sullivan makes it impossible for public figures to win defamation lawsuits. Trump will not waste his time and money on a defamatory lawsuit that will just be dismissed without considering the merits. That case needs to be reversed.
