@vfsglobalcare can you look at my DM, It also seems multiple people have disappearing appointments from VFS portal for UK visa. can you please help urgently and I am not sure if my appointment(in 3 days) at ASC is still intact or not.

I can't download UPS label or upload remaining docs. It doesn't allow me to pay for another appointment too (says error and check back later at the payment section). Can you please fix your system ASAP?

@vfsglobalcare @UrvashiPunjabi2 I am in similar situation. applying for UK visa from USA. have ASC appointment in 4 days and VFS page for biometrics + shipping label has disappeared. it is asking me for a new appointment and doesn't show my paid shipping label as well.
