https://t.co/Nyh0failjI # @barandbench @MLJ_GoI @rashtrapatibhvn Honorable Chief Justice of India! Your strong views on meting out Justice and attaching time lines is an Elixir for 20000 #CHEATEDHOMEBUYERS who are suffering very badly for 18 years and also for other tormented and cheated home buyers of unethical cheat builders in India! The #UNITECH story of a well organised laundering of Home Buyers Money of USD 1.6 Billion and Govt Enforcement and Investigation Companies abject failure in recovery has only been pointed by Honourable Supreme Court recently! Why it a well organised and coordinated laundering of our tax paid hard earned money is an open secret as without close support of Corrupt Ministers, Corrupt Bureaucracy, Corrupt Licensing Authorities, Corrupt Bankers it is just not possible to launder a huge sum of USD 1.6 Million out of the country without any traces! Last 18 years +, we have struggling with litigations, pleadings, peaceful demonstrations, sending letters to top Govt Executives including Judiciary, using social media to the extent possible. Unlike the erstwhile cheat and highly influential promoters #CHANDRAFAMILY, as middle class educated home buyers obviously we could not afford India's top lawyers cum Union Ministers like @PChidambaram_IN @KapilSibal who defended the cheats and built a conducive system for trail free siphoning by extending the SC hearings very long....still hearings go on after almost more than a decade of filing several cases. It was shocking that Mr Mukul Rohatgi(Attorney General) immediately after retiring from Govt started to defend the promoters. Honourable Supreme Court has been supervising operations of this Govt Co since 2020 including approving Chairman Cum Managing Director positions besides the Board of Directors but the results are pathetic for all to see. As rightly pointed out by SC and admonishing Enforcement Directorates and Govt Investigation companies, it is a NO BRAINER that without funds(money), men and materials and generation of a cash flow cycle, such a huge backlog of 19000 homes cannot be delivered ever.Either based on your admonishing, all @dir_ed @CBIHeadquarters @DelhiPolice witch hunt and get back laundered money with life term harsh imprisonment for cheat promoters out on bail, or the Govt has to appreciate the situation and put SWAMIH funds etc for completion. No point in Destroying Justice as very aptly pointed by your Honour by delaying for more years and hand over flats posthumously to us-several home buyers have passed away with old age, illness, stress etc! Its a time When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough get going under your Judiciary leadership of worlds largest democracy. Pl pity us and give us Justice soon!

https://t.co/CJAmprMuCu # @barandbench @rashtrapatibhvn @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @MLJ_GoI @unitechltd Honourable Supreme Court of India! We are much obliged that SC has understood the pains and sufferings of 20000 #CHEATEDHOMEBUYERS pan India which resulted in your suggestion for Dedicated Courts to provide justice to 20000 home buyers who have been miserably suffering for last 18 years. After all Homebuyers Rs 16000 Crores(Grant Thorton Report) could not have just vanished by #MAGIC without active collusive support of Corrupt Ministers, Corrupt Govt Bureaucrats and Licensing Authorities and of course Banks. So intelligently the money has been siphoned overseas(thanks to great Indian Lawyers/Lawyer Cum Ministers who helped prolong the cases for years to facilitate traceless siphoning), that even our Enforcement Directorate(ED) @dir_ed and Central Bureau of Investigation CBI @CBIHeadquarters could only recover pittance. The erstwhile Chandra family promoters of Unitech Ltd(since 2020 a Govt of India Co) are too well known for their great influence over India's Executive, what difference does it make for a few years imprisonment? The Octogenarian Civil Engineer(IIT) Ramesh Chandra was granted bail on health grounds and its all hunky dory in India with the family. Govt enforcement/Crime Investigation companies failed and all assets where Govt wants to encash and attach are already having encumbrances very smartly. SC has appointed the Board of Directors and even last CMD Mr Yudhvir Mallik appointed by SC has spent 6 years without any substantial progress-there are reports on his unethical practices also. Now a new CMD Mr Giridhar Aramane has taken over as CMD-again approved by Honourable SC. But without men, materials and abilities to cycle cash flows, is it possible to complete some 19000 flats. Without Govt putting in funds to rotate and make progress, how can such a large project be executed? If Govt stake holders(Ministers, Bureaucrats,Licensing Authorities) all collaborated in assisting the loot and Enforcement Agencies/Investigation Companies of Govt has failed, is it not responsiblility of Govt to help generate cash flow cycles to complete so many flats? Why did Government take over Unitech as suggested by your Honourable Court -it was moved by you to provide justice. Is Govt planning a Gallantry Award for being cheated and so flats when one is 75 years or more or worse posthumously? Is the the message to the world about justice in India? We are all old, most retired with old age problems and only wish to die gracefully as we head towards our ends. Is such a wish list also not possible for Govt/Hon SC to oblige us with? We plead before you with folded hands

# @rashtrapatibhvn @PMOIndia @MoHUA_India @mlkhattar @barandbench @MLJ_GoI @tokhansahu_bjp @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia Respected All, the tremendous pain and agony for 20000 #CHEATEDHOMEBUYERS persists even after 18 + years.
Pointless to highlight about this highly influential cheat business group as Govt of India was forced to take over co in 2020 after more than USD 1.6 Billion of our money was siphoned. Promoters sufferings in jail etc and octagenarian founder released from jail on humanitarian grounds matters little
NCRDC Class Action Suit in 2016 under Appeal No 10856/2016 for full refunds with interest as per BBA was turned down by Supreme Court in 2016 with noble intentions of handing over flats to home buyers
More than 6 years after becoming a Govt of India co, only 1007 families were handed over flats against estimated 20000 families. Retired IAS Officer and Unitech CMD Mr Yudhvir Singh(appointed by GOI ) did very little other than biding time. His KPI was Salary Withdrawal on 13th of every month showcasing his commitments for cash starved co. Severe irregularities were also carried on brazenly. We wonder how an English and Mass Communications trained IAS officer inspite of years of experience can work hands-on in a complex Construction project when Civil and Structural Engg expertise is called for! Likewise Retired Judge Justice Sapre.
Such kind of well engineered funds siphoning could not have happened without active collaboration of Bureaucrats, Ministries, Licensing Authorities etc. Why common middle class citizens who are law abiding tax compliant citizens have to be punished for the same?
The loot may have been initiated in last UPA regime with India's leading Ministers and most eminent Lawyers defending promoters and letting litigation prolong to engineer fool proof laundering but what has the current #BJP Govt in power since 2014 done? Lipservice, false assurances, toothless #RERA legislation , #CMDURBARS and passage of time and several years? If culprits for recent #NEET paper leaks have to take accountability, so has the Govt for this major fraud of Home Buyers. Otherwise pl tell the world that once cheated even with Govt collusion in India, nothing can be done
If Amprapalli and other fraud and cheat realtors in India had to rope in NBCC and professional Construction Engg companies, why leave Unitech to a corrupt IAS officer who has left after 6 years recently
If Economic Office Wing(EOW) and Enforement Directorate(ED) could only recover USD 120 Million, it is a no brainer that Govt has to pump in funds to complete the projects. Simply lingering on with review meetings and PPT presentations will not help
Buyers who went for refunds switched to possession after GOI take over and provision of opportunity and paid all funds received. All buyers have paid funds as demanded as projects progressed. But what is the bottom line? A headless co today with no clarity from GOI or SC on next steps
Must the balance home buyers be given flats posthumously like a Gallantry award? Will sufferings, financial difficulties for honest educated tax compliant citizens never end?
We request and plead with Supreme Court to atleast grant a Class Action Euthanasia suit as we cannot take it any more
We also appeal to all to let a Co like NBCC take over and let Govt pump in funds-a hollow emaciated business group with land parcel/realty assets already pledged.
Can we see hard action plan for 20000 pan India cheated Home Buyers who have been living in misery for last 18 years +, have become old and retired with hundreds severely afflicted with old age problems to get us our homes?

Begging for mercy!

Met this soft speaking non tech professional(retired IAS and bagging this position by Chaaplusi) several times and what a let down after 6 years! Rascal enjoyed life on our money and as usual Govt slept. Wonder when 21000 home buyers cheated by over 18 yrs will get their flats
